Wood and gas pizza oven: the best of the 2 energy sources
Made with a refractory chamotte structure identical in every way to that of our wood-fired ovens, our mixed ovens are designed to combine the advantages of wood and gas, with total safety.
Each pizza oven is equipped with a gas torch burner, Certigaz certified, with 2 flame powers to choose from. This burner diffuses a large and beautiful flame, comparable to that of a wood-fired oven.
Your combi oven is also equipped with a wood guard to confine the logs and prevent embers and firebrands from touching the gas burner.
Finally, a touch-controlled digital panel allows you to very simply control the oven temperature. Forget the chore of heating the wood-fired oven! Thanks to the 7-day programmable gas start schedule, your combi oven reaches the set temperature automatically and unattended, and can maintain it for long hours
Cooking with wood or flame: all tastes are allowed!
Very easy to use, our mixed ovens allow you to cook your pizzas:
- Either only with wood, in the purest respect for tradition.
- Either only gas, for identical cooking quality and optimal working comfort thanks to the large flame of the torch burner.
- Either wood and gas, to benefit from the visual and marketing advantages of wood cooking, and very simplified management of the oven with gas.
In the case of gas or hybrid cooking, heat management is fully automated thanks to a probe which controls the temperature.
As soon as the oven has reached the set temperature, the gas automatically turns off and only turns back on after a drop of 5 °C.

The 1030 and 1200 L mixed ovens are deliberately light in grog to meet very specific requirements. In particular, they are designed for pizza trucks or restaurateurs who only serve pizzas at certain times of the week, such as evenings or weekends.
These lightweight ovens can also be integrated into outdoor spaces, open only in season.

Our combined wood and gas ovens with a static floor
Depending on the model, the gas torch burner is located at the bottom of the oven or on the side of the floor, either on the left or right side.
Thanks to gas power, your establishment can offer pizzas with exceptional baking consistency, regardless of the pizza maker stationed in front of the oven.

Our rotating ovens with turntables and dual wood and gas supply
These 4 models of combi ovens with rotating trays enable you to achieve exceptional productivity with a service comparable to that of a conveyor oven, even with unskilled personnel.
The pizzas on the trays rotate both on themselves and around the gas flame located in the center of the oven, between the trays.
Thanks to this double “planetary” rotation movement, which lasts around 1 to 3 minutes, the pizza maker only has to untwist the pizzas when they are perfectly cooked in front of the door.
The pizzas are cooked perfectly and evenly in just one turn of the floor, with no need for handling or supervision!

Our wood-gas rotating pizza ovens
Treat yourself to a real productivity boost with these combi rotary ovens, which can bake up to 120 pizzas per hour in perfect uniformity!
To achieve this result, the floor rotates very quickly, at a rate of 4 to 5 times per minute, so that the pizza spends only a short time in close proximity to the flame.
On the 1200 and 1400 RBGSP ovens, the gas torch and wood burner can be installed to the right or left of the floor, depending on the configuration of your pizzeria.
All these ovens also feature a 7-speed variable speed drive, as well as a 7-day programmed start-up schedule (2 start-ups possible per day).
